Sometimes, it seems like things have recently gone from bad to worse. It's so easy to focus on the negative things that are happening in this world, even though many positive things have happened. As I talked about a couple weeks ago, there are things that are outside our control that we have to learn how to respond to appropriately. In order to take those steps towards being in control and coping with the difficult situations we might face, we can practice by being MINDFUL.
So this week, we will focus on mindfulness. Today I am sharing a picture with a quote. Rather than focusing on how things may not be going our way, let's think on how we can positively respond to it. Later this week, I will share a video with a special guest.
